Express server collapsed in mid March 2019 and they lost all their customer’s subscription details; due to this all customers subscribed to Express were left without service.
Unfortunately customers will lose all their remaining months and Express in not compensating or offering refunds. We are unable to move customers to a different provider for their remaining subscription period as Express won’t give us any credit for lost months.
They are working on restoring the server but not all channels are available; no Canadian channels are up at the moment. All international channels, US/UK English channels and VOD is up and running.
To compensate our customers, My IPTV Planet is offering their customer the subscription to Express provider at our cost price ($7.00/month). If you would like to continue with Express, email us your previous order number and advice how many months you would like to subscribe to. We will email you with payment instructions and renew your service once payment is processed.
Alternatively, we welcome you to try one of our other provider (Gold or Star) SHOP HERE. For now we won’t be accepting new orders for Express provider through our website.
We hope you understand our position in this matter as we only retail the service and don’t actually own any servers or streamings. We regret that we might lose you as our customer; unfortunately we don’t have much control on this situation. We appreciate your business and thank you for being patient during this difficult time.
